To receive the diamond as quickly and efficiently
as possible, we recommend the use of wire transfers.
This is the fastest and simplest method. For customers who
choose to pay via wire transfer there is a 1.5% discount on
the list price. Call our sales representatives for the necessary
wiring instructions.
You can pay via Personal
and Certified checks, however the diamond is shipped once
the check clears.
Credit cards - We accept all major credit cards and
payment via PAYPAL.COM
(click on the link to see all relevant information).
If the customer is not happy and wishes to initiate arbitration they may do so by contacting the Better Business Bureau.
All diamonds are shipped free of charge, fully insured for
overnight delivery pending stock availability. We ship the
diamond with the original GIA certificate.
We work hard to insure our customers satisfaction, and stand
behind our diamonds. If for whatever reason a customer is
not happy with a purchase they may return it to us in its
original condition with the certificate within 30 days of
customers receival. We will then refund the money paid for
the diamond.
Settings and mountings are non refundable.
